First, we ask that you check your myAT&T account to make sure the ActiveArmor feature is enabled. To do so, go to Account > Manage Device > Add-Ons > See all add-ons > Select AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security and follow the prompts to download and install.This explains why suddenly all calls were being blocked. If one would go to the ActiveArmor app, Calls, and change the handling of Unknown Callers from "voicemail" to "allowed", this would be a temporary fix until AT&T fixes ActiveArmor. This would leave the fraud and spam blocking intact, a better solution, IMHO, than deleting ActiveArmor..
