Tradovate live trading

So I use Ninjatrader as preferred connection for index. But preferred connections for Futures Data NQ also has to be Ninjatrader since my Dataprovider is APEX/Tradovate which is the same as Ninjatrader. There is no preferred connection Apex I could use. Whatever I try either one Data (Index or Futures Data is delayed).
